What is included?
- Innes, an experienced Specialist Practitioner, in both Urgent and Critical care
- Innes will arrive with all of the medications typically carried by a UK Ambulance Paramedic (as a minimum), including controlled drugs (typically Morphine & Diazepam/Midazolam)
- If needed, he can also arrive fully self-sufficient with full ALS equipment (refer to the current Kit List on this page)
What is not included:
- The cost of travel and/or overnight accomodation, where applicable
- Any hours worked between 2200-0600 (typically a £10/hour uplift is applied)
- The cost of medications or equipment used (billed at wholesale prices - no markup is applied). I don't typically charge for cheap items such as basic dressings, ice packs, or OTC medications etc, unless we use a significant quantity!

Treatment Tent
Outdoor events usually benefit from some form of shelter for medical use. Innes can provide a treatment tent/shelter for your event if required.
There are three sizes to choose from:
- 3m x 3m
- 3m x 6m
- 4m x 8m
The following equipment can also be provided:

- Folding beds
- Lighting
- Heating
- Fridge
- Mains power
Please note that Innes does not currently own, or have the means to transport, a trolley bed.
i-STAT Analyser
Athletic events, festivals, and events with a large transient population may need to offer some form of critical care provision.
The i-STAT blood gas and biochemistry analyser allows a new level of pre-hospital care to be provided to the sickest of patients.
The following tests can be performed anywhere, with results available in under 3 minutes:
- Blood pH
- pO2/pCO2
- HCO3
- Base Excess
- Lactate
- Na/K/Cl
- Anion Gap
- iCa
- Urea/Creatanine
- Glucose
- Hb/Hct
Please note that the test cartridges used in the i-STAT come at significant cost, and a charge of £25 per cartridge is made in addition to supplying the unit ( 2 cartridges are typically used per patient)
Other tests (such as Troponin) are available - please contact Innes to discuss pricing for additional cartridges if required.

Cycle Response
If you would like Innes to cover a wide area (not accessible to a vehicle), he can arrive equipped with his bicycle!
Fitted with medical panniers, Innes will still be able to carry full ALS equipment, including medical gases.
Our bikes are fitted with blue lights and a siren system for making progress through congested areas.
Don't worry, I don't wear Lycra...

Mr Innes Eaton BSc (Hons) PgCert MRCEM MRCPara
Specialist Paramedic Practitioner
Innes is the founder and Managing Director of Eaton General Services Ltd, parent company of Eaton Medical Services and STC Training Solutions.
Having started his medical career as an EMT in London Ambulance Service, Innes went on to train as a Paramedic and subsequently moved into primary care. Between 2020-2025 he worked as a Specialist Practitioner in Primary & Urgent Care, first in a GP practice, and then for South Central Ambulance Service.
Since June 2025, Innes has been retraining in Critical Care, working in hospital as a Resuscitation Practitioner in London and completing his PgCert in Acute & Critical Care. Alongside his Critical Care Outreach work, Innes regularly teaches ALS and associated skills both in and out of hospital.
Prior to working in healthcare, Innes worked for many years as a senior manager within the aviation industry, predominantly at London Heathrow, and is a qualified commercial pilot.
