What is Included?
When you book with Eaton Medical Services you will receive the following as standard:
Paramedic Oversight
All events get an experienced, HCPC registered Paramedic to oversee all treatment. For larger events, we can quote for additional staff as required.
Emergency Medications
Your team will have access to all of the necessary emergency medications carried by UK ambulances, plus a range of common 'over the counter' medications.
Medical Equipment
Your team will have access to the very best medical equipment, allowing them to effectively manage a huge range of emergency scenarios.
Our Time Promise
We won't charge you extra if our team remain after an event has finished to continue patient care. This includes us awaiting the arrival of an ambulance.
Extras
Additional Paramedic
£35/hr
Busier events, those more likely to involve serious injury and/or those operating over a large area are likely to benefit from an additional Paramedic.
As with the first, they will each have access to the necessary medications and equipment to deal with a huge range of emergencies.
Price per person, VAT exempt.
Care Assistant
£24/hr
It may be that your event requires more than one staff member, but only one needs to be a Paramedic. In these cases we can provide a Care Assistant.
Our Care Assistants still have experience of dealing with medical emergencies and are there to assist the Paramedic should an incident occur.
Price per person, includes VAT at 20%.
Treatment Tent
£48/day
Is your event outside?
Our treatment tent not only provides shelter from the elements, it provides a clinical area in which we can offer some privacy to our patients.
Within the tent we provide a fully equipped resuscitation area, lighting and heating.
Includes cost of generator and VAT at 20%.
Cycle Response
£3/hr
Are we required to cover a large area?
We can provide bicycles equipped with an extensive range of medical equipment to deal with patients quickly wherever they may be.
The bicycles are ideal for events in large open spaces, such as parks or road racing events.
Price per bicycle, includes VAT at 20%.
Large Scale Events
Whether it's an airshow, cross-country equestrian event, or marathon, we can help.
We work closely with a number of well established and trusted national event medical providers, many of whom are CQC registered.

Package Deals
If your event lasts 8 hours or more, you have the option of choosing one of our package deals.
All prices include VAT at 20% where applicable. All prices exclude mileage & overnight expenses where applicable.

Innes Eaton BSc (Hons) MCParaParamedic Practitioner
Innes is the founder and Managing Director of Eaton General Services Ltd, parent company of Eaton Medical Services and STC Training Solutions.
Having worked full-time for the London Ambulance Service for over 5 years, Innes now works full-time as a Specialist Paramedic Practitioner in primary care, whilst studying for his MSc in advanced clinical practice and non-medical prescribing. Innes continues to hold bank contracts with both the London Ambulance Service and South Central Ambulance Service. Innes remains fully ACLS & PHTLS certified.
Prior to working in healthcare, Innes worked for many years as a senior manager within the aviation industry, predominantly at London Heathrow, and is a qualified commercial pilot.
